Background and Challenges

Cubex redesigned their product to address the evolving needs of healthcare providers and patients, as well as advances in technology and regulations. For example we added new features or functionalities to improve medication management and safety, or redesigned the cabinet to be more user-friendly or aesthetically pleasing. We also addressed issues with previous versions of the cabinet based on user feedback, such as difficulties with maintenance or durability and ergonomics.

Extensive Engineering

Designing an electronic medical cabinet can be challenging from a mechanical and software engineering standpoint due to the need for precise control and monitoring of the cabinet’s various electronic components. The integration of electronics can complicate the design of mechanical components such as gears, sensors, and locking mechanisms. Additionally, electronic medical cabinets must be designed to be durable, reliable, and easy to maintain in order to meet the demands of a medical environment.
